These are the most incredible cookies I've ever eaten! I've been trying to eat plant-based for years, but admittedly, cookies have been my kryptonite; vegan cookies can often be bland, crumbly and dry so I often end up choosing a traditional cookie. These chocolate chip cookies couldn't be further from my idea of a vegan cookie. They're ooey gooey and almost fudgy in the middle, and packed with flavour! The perfect golden brown on the outside, which adds the perfect crunch, but so soft and tender at the same time. I bought two dozen of these and they were gone within a day. Such a crowd pleaser! No one could believe they were Vegan because they were so incredible. These are a perfect option for big events where you don't know what dietary restrictions people might have because they're dairy and egg free, without sacrificing flavour. Definitely bringing these to my next event and probably every event after! 10/10 would recommend to EVERYONE, not just vegans!
